TPS voltage is low too bring it up to 0.42-0.44

P.S. spark plug wires read on average 3000 ohms per foot, not 0 ohms.

Disconnect and reconnected O2 sensor since new one hasn't came, replaced PCV valve and adjusted TPS and took car out for a drive, how does this look? BLM at idle are still at 150 though, from what I see vacuum lines are ok

Took for longer drive and got gas , is it just me or do these numbers look better?
