I have the alky pump wired up according to the directions, brown/green wire to pump ground. + wire on pump to switched battery. When I turn the key on and hit the TEST button, the pump makes a noise but doesn't pump anything out. I have double and triple checked that the pump works otherwise and moves fluid through it. Then the unit will shut off randomly when the TEST button is applied.

Any thoughts on this?

Make sure that your test psi pressure is high enough in the software.

How is your pump mounted? I had to make sure mine was no longer touching metal as the ISAC work backwards of the Razor system.

OK I got the pump to kick on by turning up the pump speed. But, I still keep having it shut off, sometimes right when I press the button, whole thing blanks out. Pump is screw to metal through fat rubber bushings.

Talk to Jay Carter about the issue, he has helped me in the past.

are you running a shurflo from someone other than razor

the standard shurflo was meant for an rv water system (sink shower etc)
it runs the power through a cutoff switch at top which turns the pump off if there isi pressure in the output line typically set at60 psi, when the pressure is present (spigot closed the pump run to build pressure then shuts off waiting for when you crack the spigot and the pressure drops and then the pump runs again pumping away .
the pump was designed for water and 1/2" piping and a free flowing spigot so when its on it stays running . now you have a 1/4 hose and a pin size hole (nozzle) so when thepump does run pressure jumps up over 60psi and turns off the pump as it was designed to do
there is an adjustable screw in the head to turn up the kickoff pressure but i would just bypass that switch

You know thats a good point and I never would have thought of that. I have to verify it of course but I am running the Devils Own pump. I'll dig in to it tonight and see what I come up with.

Well that didn't work. The ISAC is still shutting off when I hit the test button. I hate to say it because I spent a TON of time wiring this thing up but it looks like I my have to throw the Devils Own and Profec B controllers back in.

when you say shutting off, what do you mean?

Can you connect a computer and log some stuff?

What level of software are you running?

Bob
