Fat Nat, I appreciate the response. I was able to bypass the resistor and get my fan running.

Still looking for a replacement resistor.

That's funny most ppl toss that so the fan runs on high anytime its one . Truthfully was one of the first things I did . I can look in my bin o old stuff and let u know
