that the GN has been in garage.. Since we had a nice dry day today I fired her up & let her idle in the driveway.

Kinda suks that I can't even drive it around the block because
of the sand & salt on road :(

Oh well on a brite note 4 1/2 months to go till nice weather:eek:

;) Oh the joys of Las Vegas. Winter driving is when the car becomes a lot of fun! :D No snow, no salt...

Feel free to make fun of us in July when I have the A/C on MAX and there's still sweat pouring off me! :(

It's just my opinion, but man, life is TOO short to NOT use your toys just because you think a little sand & salt might de-value 'em a bit!

De-value from daily driving is one thing but to rust away is another.:) I'll leave mine inside until all is clear, thank you.:D

Jack,

I'm going to Vegas for the first time Friday. Can you tell me how to get to the Shelby Muesum and the place that lets people shoot all kinds of weapons for a small fee?

Thanks,

James

I can't help you on the Shelby Museum, but I can with the firing range. The place you are talking about is called "The Gun Store". It's on Tropicana Blvd. All you have to do from the strip is take Tropicana Blvd. east and the firing range will be maybe 1 1/2 miles or so down on the left hand side. I'm sure it will be listed in the phone book. :) Just as a warning the place is a bit of a tourist trap and is kind of pricey. It is cool as hell getting to fire some full auto weapons though. :D Too bad you weren't out there last weekend since I was there. We could have had a couple brewskis and talked Buicks. By the way, good luck on getting your car fixed.

Thanks for the info! I'm all for the tourist type things. I can't wait to see the Hoover Dam too!

Thanks about the car. It sucks, but it's all going to work out...

James

The Shelby Museum is out at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You just get on I-15 north and keep driving till you're out of town. After about 10 miles you'll see the speedway to the right and an exit for Speedway Blvd.

Is this shelby musuem only shelby products from the ford days or does it include the mopar days?.

Please stop about the nice weather your killing me.

I just washed the daily driver with mothers spray on wash
& wash brush.. The dam 1st hose was frozen.. Had
to get another hose with wide diameter.

The guy who inveted spary on wash must have lived up north.
No bucket of mitt involved freexing your hands :D
