after a very long time (3+ years) i FINALLY fired my gn up on sunday! man i was sooooo excited! i hit all of my car friends with multiple text messages. i just have one thing left to do (hook up the shifter) the next time i get back up to work on my car. oh yeah, the car is 230+ miles away from me, im in tucson and the car is in the prescott area at my stepfathers ship.

after that i just have to dial it in and get it painted and ill be ready to go. who knows, maybe it will show up at the event in phoenix.

just thought i would post this on here, progress is great.

ps.s if someone can resize some pics for me i can post them up.

ill send them when i get home from work today. that sucks about the tuning thing. imma have to figure something out cuz im going to have the car trailered down here. when are you available? i am on call for the next couple of weekends but after that i can probably set something up. ill have to talk to tim about helping me take it to you. it shouldnt need too much done to it, it just has a rough-erratic idle. we set the cam sensor with the caspers tool. i know for sure that it has at least one vacuum leak. other then the tuning i need to hook up the tach, boost guage, install knock guage, install scanmaster, install dual fans with wiring, get a piece about 9" added to finish the exhaust system, order and install the new turbo tweak chip and order and install the alky kit. i want to get it finished and running right so that i can start thinking about the paint, then i can think about taking it to phoenix in november.

who knows when ill get out of work today or any other day this week for that matter so just pm me or whatever with the info.

It's easy to resize pics...just use Microsoft Paint which is on every PC...open the pic in Paint...click on "Image"...then click "Stretch/Skew"...use the horizontal/vertical precentages for "Stretch"...reduce the number from 100% to a lower number for both...if the pic is real big I start at 50%...each time you resize and click "OK" the "Stretch/Skew" window goes away...click on it again...the pic will be smaller but the percentages are again at 100%...now go down in increments(reduce the 100% to 90%) until it's at the size you want...I save the file to the PC and check the size after I resize each time...after doing it a few times you will be able to resize them very quickly...
