It was late when I installed the 4inch but i seen very tight fit where although I could grab the maf and pull a little out from alt blade, one bump on the road would make em kiss and that had to be addressed, so today after work i fab'd up the fix.

Now the maf pipe goes into my ATR cold air cone with not much wiggle room so that prolly has some bearing on the tight fit near Alt so I took peice of Alum

drilled hole for alt bracket bolt, twisted, turned, cut to fit, ground and polished.

ahhh i see now. take the piece off, and post a picture of it on here for us. im going to send some measurements over to china, and have em make some up for me. theyll go for about 8.95. 7.95 to you mcasteel, since you did the original R&D on the piece. thanks.

lol figures...makes me think though, maybe we should come up with some useless part that dont fit but everyone on here will chime in that they need so bad, get some doctored pics of this useless part on our cars then someone will snatch one up and without even test fitting it, they will send over to china and invest in 1000's of this useless part that wont fit.

lol. good idea. we should fab up some bull sh it, like the new "light weight rjc muffler hanger. good for 2 tenths" and send it over to china. Say, "run me off about 200,000 pieces please" then just say "oh youre done? good. later fags" and hang up on em lol. I figure, we could do this a few times, and make those bastards soo mad, that theyll NEVER run off an american part again lol.
