Yea but at least i can modify my car without getting a ticket!! I saw this thing on TV the other day about cali. They checked intake, exhaust, ride height, everything. Its rediculas. I wouldnt last. Enjoy the weather!!

I just got done workin on the thing in november. Then i took it off the road. haha. We only got a dusting here on the island.

The way I look at it is winter makes spring, summer and fall that much sweeter! Also keeps the mileage down on the GN.:biggrin:

I hear ya on going crazy. Its the winter blues.
I have a ton of work to get my Cruiser to pass inspection (rear brakes, bearing, some other stuff) and its going to be around 8 degrees for a high for the next few days to a week! Wind chill advisories to -30!
If I could stop throwing parts and $$ at my daily driver, I might be able to get the Buick back in running shape. But, since the floods in June destroyed my place and my garage, Im living with my dad till I get back on my feet...no garage to speak of, and barely any driveway space.
It was so nice for the longest time, too. 50 degrees in December! And now this... we went from record highs, to record lows a month later. At least I made the most of the nice part of winter we had.
I'm trying to make room for a cheap weight machine once I get my taxes back. I figure I might as well make the best of being stuck indoors.
That, and I play drums too. Whatever you can do to take your mind off of the cold outside helps.

How cold is it? I woke up to -39'C and with the wind it came out to -50'C. It's been like this for a little over 2 weeks. It's suppose to get up to -25 in a couple of days, should be a nice change.

Yea thats a little extreem. We have like -15-20F wind chill with lows in the single digits. I guess thats what we get for having 70F degree weather on christmas and almost all of january. Ide get the heck outta canada ASAP if i were you. I cant stand cold weather especially when you have to walk across campus to your class thats cancelled with negative degree wind chills. booooo. Spring will be a sight for soar eyes this season for sure.

Tell me about it, it was like 0 degrees yesterday with a -25 degree windchill and wind gusts up to 30 mph. Today was almost as bad, and it's a 10 minute walk to class for me. Plus I live in the dorms and I'm a freshman so I can't have a car down here unless I park it on the street which is very risky. I wish I had the TTA down here so I could atleast go look at it while it's in a garage.

I gave in. 3 hours of chem and its 14 out feels like 9. I got home and took the car around the block. She did not want to start at all!!!!. Once i got her goin she was good. Cant wait for spring.
