Not bad but still don't think they compare to PTS, just my opinion. :D

Looking at their 2004r section, it appears they are using Bruce's parts. Maybe Bruce can comment on this?

I some how doubt they are the real PTS, maybe BT will clairify for us? :D

Nope.. That is Chris Kokonos

I know who he is. He is not using our parts. He has made his own. He is very knowledgable in AOD trannys as well as others.
We have talked at great length about the parts he makes and he is very adiment about them. With what has taken place in the last few weeks, I am sure we will be talking again soon. He is mad at me right now. He even bought one of my set ups awhile ago. Anyway, he is big in building units and such for Postons I believe.

But to answer question.... No we have "absolutly" no affiliation , and feel free to purchase from him. Just remember his phone number when you need his help.

What has happened in the last few weeks? Are all the major builders of our transmissions getting together or what?Bruce

If you live in Philadelphia Erik Schertz is not far from you.He is very good and has good pricing.Bruce

I see now. I think we all have to realize that these are cars and transmissions that are not longer being built. That being the case there is no factory support or upgrades to be had.Anyone that goes through all the trouble that Bruce and the other major builders has is doing it for a relatively small market. As such while the prices may seem high it is easy to forget that someone had to develop these parts and build them.Bruce

If you really think about it, the prices are not as high as they seem. Consider back in the 60's when you got a trans done it cost what $300 maybe and the cost of the car was say $3,000, well that's approx. 10%.... Now today you spend say $2,000 on a tranny and and the cost of a car today... $20,000 and you see the trans is still about 10% of the cost of the car. I hope this makes sense.
