With the spacer/block attached to the front mounting points , it Looks to be for a GNX . Is the block removable or permanently attached ?

spacer is permanently attached,
doubt its GNX, but who knows

GNX had the spacer there to accomodate the trap on their turbos hence a slightly wider turbo cover was needed
