Jack, I wanted to thank you for the new intercooler and for all the hard work getting it ready for me leading up to the BPG Nats. That new core is top notch!

The results are in the performance!

9.38 @ 147 ;)

Temps rose less than 10 degrees on that pass from beginning to end.

Now that's more like what I have been saying all along....

Good work Jack.

All I can say is that my combo is 3 years old, including Cotton's intercooler. On a coldish night my intake air temps, which are measured in the dog house, actually decline for the first 4-5 seconds even from a roll. Then they slowly climb the rest of the way netting a 4-10 degree increase. I have a Charged Air V2 before this but with a different combo. Cotton's intercooler is definitely superior to that one imo. The combo has a lot to do with how fast the temps rise ie, a stock turbo maxed at like 27 psi would make more heat than a bigger turbo on lower boost. So while I am positive that a good intercooler is important, the combo is important too.

I am actually pissed at Jack right now.

I bought a few grand worth of parts from him
and cant get him to tell me what I owe him! .

Damnit Jack,Figure out what I owe you so I can pay ya!:D

Not to mention that he took my call at 8pm on Fri night and Left the parts out
for me to pick up without paying when he wasnt gonna be there
Thanks Jack,Its time to come back up and take you to Cal's for dinner :)

Thanks guys, and congrats Jason on all your success this past weekend. Looks like Don really has a heck of a motor he put together for you. You've both been lighting up TSM the last couple of years. It's nice to get credit for our efforts when we have worked so hard to be the best we can be. I have worked just as hard to supply you and many of the TSM racers with products that I know are the best available. Our ICers are built using the best available IC cores that we have always worked at improving, from the very first one I built 6-7 years ago. I actually was quite flattered when our original units were copied by a competitor using much cheaper cores, but still refuse to use cheaper , inferior pieces to be competitively priced sacrificing performance and quality. I presently am working on a new unit that just may be better than anything we have seen, hopefully I'll have some ready to test in the next month or so.. But I have to say, the 2 units I built for you and Don are the nicest cores I have seen in 10 years. The flow characteristics and the construction is impeccable. I have to add, my son is really doing a fabulous job tig welding and fabbing the end tanks and cast elbows. He worked like a dog in a sweat shop fabing up that last ICer.... while I constantly came out and cracked the whip and barked like Big Pauly from Orange County Choppers.......

And Otto...... thanks... give me a call tomorrow, we'll get that wrapped up and see about that dinner at Cal's Restaurant.... I'm always ready for a good meal... course I won't stop you from bringin a bag of them clams up either..:)

Whoa, that's one hell of an FMIC if it's less than 10 degrees throughout the run.

Great time Jason, that's damned fast for a 70mm turbo.

Thanks
Jack and Brian

We hear so much negitive crap no a days about this camp vs that yada yada yada, this post is very refreshing to hear. I like hearing when the community pulls together and supports each other no matter what vendors the racers use. Keep up the good work guys. This is the sort of thing that brings crowds back to the stands to support our vendors/racers. I LOVE IT!!!!:D TSM & TSO RULES!!! All the best to all racers and vendors, I wish you all continued success.

wow great time's, 9:30's with a 70mm OUTSTANDING!! great work jack. awesome performance.
