Hey Mikey..........I'll be there with my Bro and other friends. Should be a whole lot of fun!! :D (hopefully it will be a little warmer this year!!)

Jack's one of the best turbo Buick vendors out there...There hasn't been a time that I have called him where he hasn't taken the time to talk to me and answer all my questions and just to BS with him about stuff...He's the best...

Jack is the man....with my money in his hand! I've rarely delt with people of his calibur in the automotive world. My cars lives revolve around trips to Agawam!

90 % of my parts came from him, I live about a hour away so i drive and pick them up. He always waits after hours for me to get there. I will be at his party on the 22nd with my car weather permitting.

Well, nobody has spoken of his infinite patience...:)

You can't go wrong dealing with Jack...a true good guy. Wish I lived closer to him..in fact he'd make an excellent next door neighbor.

Fantastic Guy! Just be prepared to TALK!! Jack loves to talk! Fortunately, he's a stand up guy and you really WANT him to keep talking! Wouldn't hesitate to do biz with him again.:D

Damn...... I'm almost overwhelmed here, no doubt alittle surprised to see this thread at this moment. Just when I was not feeling too good yesterday, this pops up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the good words.

Nothin to it pardner...just us all telling the truth.

Didn't know you were feeling bad...hope you feel better soon.

We got some chicken soup if you can make it to IN!

Bob (and Noi :))

Jack cotton, is not a bad guy , usually has a lot of help at events. smokes good cigars, he seems to be honest, he says what he thinks to your face not your back, trys to help others, but jack if you dont make norwork or bowling green, that means im not going to bum any of those good cigars.

Just somebody else giving Jack props..

Well Jack,

From 4000 miles away, I gotta hand it to ya. All the kind words that people are saying in here don't begin to give you justice. I know in my own case, I've called several times needing parts and you were more then helpful. Not to mention your whole crew up there (over there). Everybody up there are good folk in my opinion.

Now comes the story... skip this if ya don't like hearing good things about Jack. :)

Several years back, I was dating this girl who drove a Ford Taurus (not with her anymore :)). Anyways, my g/f went on a vacation with a friend of hers and her friends baby. They were headed north to Canada from Maryland and right through Jacks neck of the woods. Told the g/f if she had any probs to call my cell phone. Well, sure enough with a Ford Taurus, she gets up to Mass and the car blows a head gasket. She calls me up and I'm about 6-7 hours away. She had AAA but no where to keep the car safe. Needless to say, towing back to Maryland would cost a fortune. I couldn't come up there that day because of work. I called up Jack and crew and sure enough Jack calls me back, offers to hold onto the car until I can come up with my truck and tow it back. Offers me a place to stay overnight. A real class act. To make matters worse, the baby gets sick. He offers to help them if he can, really going out of his way. Granted, at this time I had bought very few things from him. But anybody who is going to go THAT far out on a limb really deserve some credit. That weekend I came up, spent the night at his place, spent several hours at his shop the next day before towing the car home. If it weren't for Jack, that could have been a REAL expensive and difficult problem on my hands.

OK, sorry about the rant and rave... just had to be said. In short to answer your question. Real simple... go ahead and do business with Jack. If it doesn't work out... he has about 30 people who have posted nice things that are now wrong. :) I doubt that will be the case.

I have never herd of him but from what i can tell from this thread he seems like the best person to deal with. Me being in Ca I dont think that i would be able to drive up to where he is. Dose he have a web sight or a catalog and dose he deliver?

another "jack is the man" post

Jack is really an asset to our group.
Not a bad thing to say about him, his shop or his crew.

I had my trans go out on me, and decided I would get one of his trannys. Well, I ended up making the drive out, in the Regal which had no overdrive, and 3rd was really shaky. This was at least a 3 hour drive out through the catskill mountains too.

I go to his shop and they worked like mad making sure everything was working right. He personally road tested the car. (That was fun!!!!!) He didnt want me to have any problems getting back home. The trans still works great Jack!

Its easy nowadays to just order off someones website, and get stuff. Only problem with that is you miss being able to shoot the breeze and all with guys like Jack. When I want to get my TR stuff, I dont hesitate to make the drive. If you can get there, its well worth it. :)

I live about as far away from Jack here on Maui HI, Jack has provided unparalleled service and sound, money saving advice to me. If anybody says otherwise, They Don't Know Jack.

A few years back I bought a CAS (back before they were harder to get) V2 F.M. from Cotton's and received great service both from Jack and several other members of his family who worked for him.
