Cool guy, spoke with via email and on the phone. Bought his 3" exhaust & install went perfect. Packaged very well, half the shipping cost had to be all the extra effort put into the packing. Box looked a little beatup from the ride, but everything inside was protected and in mint condition.
Had access to a hoist and just followed the directions along with some common sense and no issues at all.
