ive found the biggest money maker ever.

i had this idea, take polished japanese 5 yen coins (worth somewhere around 4 cents) and string them on to a cheap "bead chain" i would have about 30 cents invested, give or take, in each necklace and i could sell them for 5 bucks each.

The 5 yen coin has a special meaning in Japan, it means 'to find your destiny' and 'to bring good fortune' to the recipient
ive done showed some people mine and every person (import owners mainly) that i talk to said that they would DIE for one to have on there keychain or wear around there neck.

any one think that i can make some cash off of this?

every thing looks real good, ive got 40 5 yen coins and 20 50 yen coins comming from japan sometime in a week or so and im selling them on import forums for 3 and 5 bucks each and locally at 5 and 7 bucks.

all ive got to do is get some bead chain, leather rope, and print out some cards about the history and meaning of whats written on the coins.

Just curious, do you have a connection over there? Could you import parts and make substantial bank?
