Jeep steering shaft

Gonna buy a Jeep steering shaft. The guy has two. They are $45 each shipped. I will buy one tonight. If anyone wants one let me know I'll get both.

Got mine already.... I guess I'll fiddle with it this week.... when I swap the powermaster... plus it'll make more room for the grinder to notch for the bolt.

How much needs to be ground off? Should I be able to use my small rotary tool? Will have to look at what kind of grinding attachments I have.

guy said just enough for the bolt to pass through.

Not that much, maybe less than 3mm. I used a round hand file to get the material off.

I should be able to get it with a grinding wheel on my rotary tool. I ordered it last night.
