Yes it is true that I am no longer affiliated with (PTE) Precision Turbo & Engine.

Although I had officially submitted my resignation on May 24, 2005, there were additional matters that neeed to be resolved. There still remains a few open issues, but have no bearing on me being able to move on to bigger & better opportunities.

The past opportunity with PTE gave me a chance to work in an environment totally different from my original background, but closely related to my hobby….racing/high performance cars.

I enjoyed most of my time with PTE and developed great friendships, not only with some of the employees, but also with many of the customer/clients that I dealt with on a daily basis. I hope that my future plans will help to continue, & strengthen most of those relationships.

Thanks Nick, I be there:cool:

Joe left PTE more than Sugar Ray Leonard unretired...

Let me dispel your misconceptions about my employment history.

Prior to employment with PTE, I was involved for 35+ years in Quality Assurance, Welding Engineering, & (NDT) Non-Destructive Testing. My positions of expertise in management were related to Navy Nuclear, Nuclear & Fossil Power Plants, Aircraft, Refineries & Petro-Chemical facilities.

My time span with PTE was approximately 5 yrs. total. I had left PTE (ONCE) for 15 months. It was to head up the full Quality Assurance Program for a large 3-Unit Power Plant construction project in Michigan.
They made me an offer I could not refuse! 3x PTE $

I also found it a great way to support paying for my Car Buildup, which some thought was sponsored. “I wished!”

After my 15 month contract was up, I was offered another 8-10 months, but reluctantly decided to go back to PTE since I was being requested numerous times to do so by the PTE Owner.

Thinking back now……….what the h_ll was I thinking?

BTW …how many times did Sugar Ray Leonard Un-Retire???….probably “more times then you ever could think?”

NO **** Joe, thats too bad.....er...or is it congrats?

Anyway, I dont have any contact info other than PTE, so I guess I'll stick to email to say HEY from time to time. Actually, it has been awhile hasnt it...... HEY!

Jim
