I am looking for a good jump pack for the money. Having used 900 amp packs before they just don't cut it, if the battery in the car is completely dead or on a frigid day. Does anyone know of a really good jump pack which can be left unplugged and keep a charge for a while. It also needs to have a large amperage capacity. Don't want to spend more than necessary.
These are two I have been looking at, any opinions or recommendations?

I have a husky unit that I bought from home depot 5 years ago that has served me well. I bought the heaviest [weight wise] Unit that I could find for the money I had to spend figuring it the biggest battery in it. The one unit your looking at had a 22 amp hour battery in it and I did not see the rating on the other unit. Longer leads would be a plus too. Mine will hold a charge for 6 months. I think it was like 70$. hth

This is the one I have, and have had for over 6 years, still running strong. I used it like half dozen times on a dead car on one charge and it only dropped to 66% supposedly. Has air pump, 12v, 115v, area work light, etc. I think I got it for about $125 at walmart. Got the father in law one about 4 years ago since he has an old Chevelle that gets driven twice a year and he leaves the battery hooked up... His still works and I don't think he has ever recharged it.
