Junk yard fillers

Hey, i just picked up a set of rear fillers from the junkyard, and they seem to be getting a little brittle. Are there any ways to prevent these from cracking or any coatings...besides paint...these are not painted...to bring the plastic back to life??

Unfortunately, when the fillers start getting hard and brittle, they will crack soon after. This is usually due to age and heat. There are several companies that offer fiberglass ones since the stock OEM replacements are over $600/pair.

Maybe $60...... i wonder if i could make a mold and make a set out of fiberglass anybody ever try this?

Allready being made,just bought a full set for the wifes car on ebay.Find out about the fit in a few days when I have the time. Look to be good quality.
