Junkyard electric fan.....

Ok......I have a 84 hotair car......want to change over to electric fan. I would imagine there are alot of junkyard electric fans that would work. Any advice? Should I change to a larger radiator? Any advice would be welcomed.....thanks, Kevin

Radiator Fan

I believe a Fiero has the exact same radiator fan that my 86 GN has.I got one off a 1984( I think).

If you get lucky, you can get the dual GM fans from late model FWD Impalas for around $100 - $150. Great fit.

This may be hard to find but I have dual fans off a 1988 Sterling 825 or 827. Same thing as a 1987-90 acura legend but the sterling has plastic shrouds and fit better.

It might depend on if you have the narrow, original 84/85 radiator or a wider, 86/87 radiator.
