Hey all,

Thanks for checkin this out. i just purchased the Alpine CDA-9805

in-dash cd player for the grand national. i also bought some

infinity speakers, i got the 6x9 Kappa's and the 3 1/2" Kappa's for

up front. (no concert II door speakers because i don't have

concert II sound) anyways, i know i need a dash filler kit, new

speaker wire, a wire harness, and those 6x9 adapters for the

rear speakers.

so... any idea where i can buy all this stuff at once? how much it

will be? anything i should know before installing this stuff? any

help would be great because i'm not really a car audio buff. i'm

open to any installation tips. also, i have a 100 watt 4-channel

amp in case thats any help, plus a rockford fosgate series 1

subtube with some sort of 6x8 speaker (i think) with an amp. ANY

set up tips or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,

Joe

Crutchfield sells everthing you need to install your new stuff. They cost a little bit more than some other places, but they have great customer service and stand behing their products. You can also get installation instructions from them. Circuit City or Best Buy will also sell installation stuff.

You will be very happy with that alpine deck, I got a CDA-7894 back in January and it the best reciever I've ever owned.:D

you have to watch with those 6x9 adapters, My magnets on my pioneer 6x9's were so big that they hit the trunk torsion bars and i couldn't get them all the way in so my 6X9's are tied up with cable ties.
