Ok Realize the alky is cheaper to run.
Is Nos any good on a TB engine or do you guys just
stay away from it because of the cost?

1 is cost, 2 is forgiving.. alcohol is way more forgiving when it comes to tuning it..and the power with alky is made by running higher boost on the same octane..the power from NOS is made from enhancing the combustion process..

But the two work in different ways. There are more proponents to Alky than NOS.. yet they both can be made to work really well.

I have had tremendous success and results with alcohol injection. Never played with NOS on a TB..so I cant say good/bad.

This quote by Steve Monroe says it best.......

"Here's the reason I chose Alky;
With Alky you just drive the car and the steam effect of injecting it cleans your pistons and cylinder heads.
With NOS you clean your pistons & cylinder heads yourself when you take them out after blowing the headgaskets."

I'd like to run both at the same time but I'm not that brave yet :eek:
