just got scan tool?? needs some hints

ok guys i just bought a scan tool and need some numbers as to where i should be close to. i noticed that you need about 750 o2 volts at WOT. i noticed at WOT my bl was 106. my iac was like 46 at idle. and sme of the others i didnt know what it was or where abouts hte numbers should be. can someone give me a run down on where i shold be with each area of the scan tool data?? thanks guys

ok i see that i was reading up on some previous posts and noticed some stuff. they said the lower the number is on the BL that means its rich right?? but the lower the number on o2 volts means lean, right? at full throttle my BL was 106 but my 02's were about 700 sometimes lower? whats the deal?

Yes and yes but,
I don't check bl at WOT, I only check 02s.
I look for bls close to 128 in drive , stopped, warmed up.
I want my 02s to be high 700-low 800 @ WOT.
The computer corrects for fuel based upon the bls.
Bls jump all over the place.
