It kinda depends on how the chip is set up as far as timing goes. My chip is set up to run 28psi with a minimum of 110 octane. I don't know what the timing is. Converter lockup is like 75mph or so.
The 107 chips are made for above 23psi and they could run too rich with anything less. BTW, these 107's are more aggresive than the 108's.
In response to your popping above 4600rpm in your other thread: I replied: If you still have stock v-springs, that will probably be your problem.
