A friend of mine had a similar experience with an Extreme Stage 2, still unresolved. Replacing the gov and valve body did not fix the shifting problem
He is waiting for a replacement trans to be shipped
Has your luck improved yet?
Were your calls returned?
I'm considering a spragless T400 from this company, but there seems to a Quality control/ customer service hichup from what has been a respected vendor in the past.

I rarely if ever respond to a thread like this when the owner is not involved unless needed. I have had an issue of two units wont shift out of 1st. Not sure as what caused this problem. Its on me no doubt. I sold 131 units last year so not a bad record but even 1 come back is too many. Of course like any other company I would like to get it resolved. In your friends case the following was offered to him.

1) Valvebody Sent (no gov) Made arrangement's for install Customer accepted = No Luck same issue

2) Total Refund offered including materials shipping and the R&R = customer refused

3) Offer to send a replacement unit and pay cost involved = customer accepted

I will return phone calls if you leave a message when I can not answer the phone. We are a company of two people here. Might not be same day but will return calls. No message = No return phone call.

Just want to clear up any bad press/mud slinging that is going on here.
Lonnies service is the best i have ever recieved...PERIOD.

For the Record ...He returns my phone calls and emails and makes it right with any issues I have had in the past.
Things happen even with the best of businesses and he is making it right.

Same here. Lonnie is a great guy to deal with. I am very pleased in my dealings with him and his product.

This^^

Lonnie has been way cool in helping me throughout this whole situation. The ONLY reason I made this thread was to see if there was something I could do on my own without extra parts to fix this. I figured I might have missed something in assembling the car.

I've never, not once, felt as if he was trying to screw me over when I talked to him.

Damn brudda. You're sooo close. Let me know how I can help. Did you drop the pan yet?
