Kenny Bell Chip?

A friend has a chip that has been in his tool box since he sold his GN but can't remember what it was. He sent me a picture of it but I'm not sure what one number is.
Here is what I think it says: 900643
The 4 is the number I'm not sure of, it kind of looks like a 9

Anyone know what this chip is?

whatever it is get rid of it. Old technology. Probably has too much timing as well. The new chips are cheap and will work much better.
