Key cylinder help needed

[AN/GSC-52]

I got my column guard powder coated and before I install it I wanted to swap the Key cylinder assy.
The new one I got looks to be the original design with a grove on the bottom to prevent it from pulling out.
The problem is the existing one has the spring loaded locking collar.

Question: what holds the cylinder in? It looks like a bolt or roll pin should be in there as I have a hole that aligns with the slot in the cylinder. Also where can I get this from?

Im sorry I'm new to these old cars.

if you are talking about the stock ignition cylinder, once all parts are out of the way a #20 torq i believe holds the cylinder in

remove horn cap , unplug horn wire (twist)
remove strg wheel (use steering wheel puller)
depress cancelling cam lock ring (use canceling cam tool )and remove the retainer ring from groove
remove lock ring
remove cancelling cam
remove signal arm lever and hazard switch (philips)
remove screws and pull away the turn signal assembly
pull the keyminder switch (has two bent over copper contact arms )
remove screw that holds ignition cylinder (torx)
slide cylinder out

yours seems like someone replaced it with a non tilt ignition cylinder
youll need to get ahold of the special torx head bolt to retain the tilt column ignition cylinder

thanks, I checked Fastenal and didn't see anything close, does anyone happen to have a spare? Or point me in the right direction?

the torx head bolt with the pin type shaft and only a few threads at top is what you're looking for for a tilt column
im sure i have one in the tool box but Im in NJ
