Kinda new

So, I am back after a little absence. I acquired a new car from a shady dealer in New York. Low water flood turned out to be a Hurricane Sandy car!! It is a bone stock 87 T Top GN.

Anyway, I am fixing it. But, I am wondering if there is anyway to get in touch with the original owner of the car. I bought it from a dealer, who bought it from a salvage company who got it from the insurance company...blah blah blah.

Any thoughts.
