Kirban GNX fender vents

I bought these from Kirban's and have changed plans so now their up for sale. heres a link to their description...

He gets $45 + shipping so Ill do $40 shipped. They are still wrapped up in the plastic. I prefer paypal

Also have a frame im not using. I restored another frame and did a body swap so now I have an extra frame. I can help load or deliver. Asking $300 as is or $400 in rolling condition

Where are yo located at, and what condition is the frame, does it need any work done?

I'm located in Willow Grove Pa, right outside of Philadelphia. The frame has normal wear of where the body mounts go are a little rusted but still hold up great.
