Knock help

I havent had any knock readings on my scanmaster since i installed it on the car wich i thought was odd. now that i have decided to turn up the boost i can feel and hear the detonation but no reading of it on the scanmaster i already put a new knock sensor on with no change what do i do next? by the way all other scanmaster readings work good and are accurate i think

have you tried tapping on the block near the knock sensor and see if it is registering on your scanner
