Hey guys,

Just took out the GN today with the turbo link program running while driving. Everything seems to be in order except for the ESC numbers? Would not increase during normal driving only would go up about 1 number each time I gave WOT to about 13 to 14 psi of boost? Started off at 2 then went to 4 then 8, 9 and then 10 and I didn't push it anymore than 10? I guess what I'm asking is? Should the knock numbers go down or stay the same when either normal driving or WOT? Did not want to push it past 10. How do you fix? Thanks jretrodude :)

That's real knock. You do that much more and your next post will be "how to change a headgasket". First of all, what chip do you have? What were your 02's? What mods?

I just have a 93 octane chip

:) Thanks for the reply,

I have a 93 octane chip and new computer that I bought from poston's. I have upped my fuel pressure to about 48 cars seems to like that. Everything on the t-link is in order. The O2 readings flucate between like 385 to 745 depending if it is running rich or lean. Just put a brand new O2 in about 2 weeks ago and my O2 counts are normal. What is the safest number to be around for knock? And can you continue to drive it normally when it starts to go up or just park it for the day? Thanks again. Josh. :)

No, as soon as it knocks get out....it escalates fast. So what are your O2's at WOT? There is a HUGE difference between 350 and 780. Really on pumpgas you should be running low 800's. What fuel pump do you have? If its stock dont get into the boost anymore until you change it. What chip do you have? Again there is a huge difference between a 15 year old chip and a new chip...

HTH Jason
