knock stuck at 0.7 ... afr stuck at 1.4:1 on DS

No matter what I do..... knock stays at 0.7 deg..... afr stays at 1.4:1 ..... even though o2 volts goes up and down..... ie from about 800 at full tilt to 300-500 idling...... afr stays at 1.4:1 ....... what could cause that........

oh..... mph reads 4mph when sitting still ...... what is up with that? .......

UPDATE.... Success!!!!!!!!



I removed the ECM .... actually hand sanded the board where the DS cable hooks up..... re-hooked DS up.... now everything works.....speedo...A/F ratio....etc.

I am going to start a new post with a link to my new DS log files to see what some experienced people find.
