Howdy,

For you electron heads out there which is the more adaptable ECM? The 86-87 LC2 or the 97-present L67 3800SC Series II? The L67 computer is factory designed for boost as is the LC2, both will work on the motor with some careful arrangment of wires and sensor swapping for the LC2. The big question is which is going to be easier to screw around with to get the thing tuned correctly?
For some reason I can't put down the idea of taking an L36 Series II out of a camaro and building a turbo set up off of it due to its inherent stronger block design and lighter weight for what I call the budget punk Buick racer.

Thanks,
