Larger than stock puck in stock elbow

I have a Ta-49 with an enalrged wastegate hole. The stock puck isn't adequate for the boost I want to run. I'm looking for a stock Garrett turbo elbow with a larger puck already installed.

I've got one, went to a much larger turbo so I don't need it. It's ported with the big puck, $50 shipped or make me an offer.
