last fuel pump install question

ok guys I did the racetronix hotwire and fuel pump install
it was easy but time consuming

I have one slight problem

the fump and everything works
but my fuel gauge always shows no fuel no matter what

what do I do?
I filled up with gas as soon as I was done with the install thats how I know its full

what can I do?
what can I check?

Sounds simple, but did you check to make sure the float arm was moving freely before you buttoned it all back up?
