Whenever I accelerate from a stop with the A/C on, the trans shifts very late unless I ease off the gas. On normal takeoffs with the AC on, and accelerating with the A/C off, it's fine. I'm guessing
the TV cable adjustment isn't the cause because the rest of the time it functions alright. The only other thing that I would think
might cause this this may be the Governor. The TCC solenoid is new along with the 4th gear pressure switch. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks, Larry.

With the AC on you are driving with your foot deeper into the throttle, because of the extra power required to run the AC compressor. It`s about like setting your TV cables 2 clicks tighter.

Whatever is causing this is heat related. What in the trans or
electronic would be sensitive after being heated up? Governor maybe? Cable? TPS? If it was an adjustment problem it should be there all the time. There's got to be something that affects the shift besides the cable, either electrical/electronic or mechanical.
Larry.

77 Cruiser is right. Ck your tps at both times. Bet you see a difference.
