I've got an exhaust leak between the turbo and a 3" downpipe. Could it cause any issues? Other than the obvious anoying sound?

yeah it will affect you're torque.
it might slow you down a bit.
fix it just to avoid any trouble.

its not going to cause and issue if its small.

I bought a 2pc downpipe, and when I ported the stock turbo outlet I think I took some material away that I wasn't supposed to. There is some pipe sticking past the flange on the downpipe, and it's not sealing to the turbo. I'm not sure how I can fix it, unless I try to weld the top piece of the downpipe to the turbo outlet? Then clamp the 2pc downpipe together. I didn't want to do that because I want to weld the dp together so it looks better... Maybe I'm just going to have to buy bb turbo? I'll just have to tell the wife I have no other choice
