Leaky thermostat housing

Hey Guys,

What are you doing to fix a leaky thermostat housing? I don't think I will have much luck finding a replacement so I am hoping there is a simple fix that holds up. I have a welder but I'm afraid the heat will warp it and make it worse.

Well Autozone shows they can get one for my 85 Hot Air. Not saying is the greatest quality but it might work. Let us know if you try
