Leftover Billet Tensioner

I had a local "friend of a friend" order one and come into tight times, and now cannot afford to pay for it.
So I have one available at the discounted price of $467 shipped.
(And there might be one more since another person has an outstanding second payment and we can sell that one and refund his first payment I need to recover the funds I laid out for these folks....

Well I waited an extra two weeks and have not received final payment from that outstanding balance so 1 more tensioner is available. That party will receive a refund when this one is sold.
