Lightweight alternator

Hey guys.

I am looking to purchase a lightweight alternator that can put out about 100 Amps or more is OK.

Is there such an alternator?

I can fab some brackets,just would like a lighter alternator.

6 rim serpetine.

I will use it on the street also. Thanks for the link.! I need to add up all my accessories to be sure of how many amps my car runs on.

I run a powermaster alt which I believe is from the later model Series II 3800. The ears are clocked the same as the stock alt adn it bolts right on but has the smaller housing. It is lighter than the stock one but not a "light weight" piece since it is essentially still a stock GM case. It puts out 140amps adn the factory alt puts out 120 amp.

l some GMs including buick had a 105 amp unit (not the 140Amp large frame) , much lighter and fits perfect on the 86-87, ive used them before no mods needed either to install
dont recall clocking it but ive clock so many i dont know

That is what I have on my car except it is modified for 140amp, and a 16v system.
