The reason I asked brother theres a guy selling brand new horn for 100 dollars on ebay with no bids. I might come into a new wheel next week thats anoyther reason I asked.

Isn't that the new one with the red T center button?

Yup. Says brand new but u can see its a bit rusty, dirty on the other side I dont know if thats always the case with used horns. And the red T thats for Turbo T's and T-types right?

Really Iv'e seen NOS ones with some rust on the back of them. Guess it just depends how and where they were stored all these years?? The big red T is for the 87 Turbo -T only. T-types had that on the button (T-Type). The GN tri shield one has been gone for many years. My excellent used one has no rust on it. It really is like NEW!!!!!
