Line art needed

Anyone have some line art of GN's or GNX's.. Looking to make some shirts for BG and could use ideas..

line art with 2 colors...sent me the laser print as well and i will let you know which one will be better for my printer shop to do.

K gotta make it first...lol

Hard to get good line art converting from bmp, can fudge it a little using PS or Fireworks but to burn on a screen you need crisp lines defining the main part of car etc etc blah blah

boils down to re drawing the car so we best decide on a pose

side veiw, front veiw? what about half car front veiw?...i could rig up some rough drafts and post

Maybe print on back of shirt...
IM not an alcoholic but my Buick is!

Now somthing along these lines..maybe logo where pocket would go in front and razorblade in back with saying..or razorblade on top of turbo 6 logo on back side of shirt with saying like..on the cutting edge...or me slice you up mutha&%*&$ errr wait strike that last one:biggrin:

To do a line drawing from scratch of a buick is quite the under taking, once its done it would be cool but the thing is the time needed to make it look good..but then again im just a shmuck who fiddles on the side in the winter months

Folks I need some Idears for Julios shirts...he wants a gn but done in line art and for those who know what it takes create line art from a bmp image and make it screen printable....well its a butt load of work.

I keep thinking of incorporating a razor blade maybe on the back of the shirt...in BG if you see a razor blade would it remind you of the alky kit your running?

I need some ideas and i can rough draft em up and post em like pics above.

Julio i need some alternate ideas... it would be nice to have a line drawing image ready to go but i dont and id be looking at 4 to 5 hrs of making one work once we decided on the angle of the car but then we would have to find a good pic of that angle.

I'll play around in PS a little and post some more pics

Why does it have to be line art? It's been a while, but I did some shirts for the BG nats back in the early 90's and I forgot what I gave the screen printer.
Looks like t-shirt screen printing tech would have improved so that gradiations of color could be used. Is an actual razor blade to be used in the theme? Only GN? no TTA? Finally and most important, Do I get a free t-shirt if I contribute?
I may come up something here in a few hours.

If you use a razor image, it could say "cut a light razor thin" I don't know...?? I'm in the graphics department at work, The girl in marketing dose my copy writing. haha. I just want to make sure it has to be line art. Also, how many colors are you locked into and what color can I use?
I think if you do 3 colors you end up getting a few more cause they mix them, again it's been a while since I did some shirts.

you can run digital prints of anything on shirts now..not sure on size limit of pics

just the ole 4 stage silk screen is kinda old school..im way outta the loop when it comes to that but im making a call

I worked at a screen printing place in college about 95-96, This wasn't the place I used to do my shirts, but they made nice stuff and I didn't design them, unfortunately I loaded the boxes and flats onto the trucks to be shipped instead, but I did see their products and a really nice Silk Screened job looks killer. It's down the street from the vette museaum Turner Industries II Ltd, Bowling Green, KY on MacRAE's Blue Book Industrial Directory of Manufacturers

Lawrence Conley had some nice shirts back in the early 90's. I've seen some mind blowing stuff at NHRA events for the big names. NASCAR I'm sure has some great stuff too. Don't know, I haven't been to a mall since Christmas 2006 I think Julio's TTA launching hard next to a GN would rock,
I think his ride was on some dude's t-shirts on ebay. That's the picture I need or something similar.
