Locate these parts

I tried to find the positions for these parts. I searched the Buick Service Manuel with no solution. Exactly where would this part be mounted?

That's going to be one of those parts where someone who knows will have to physically show you. It goes between the plastic fender well and the header panel. If I was standing next to a TR I could point it out...hard to describe.

This is a bracket.

there is a drivers side and passenger side.

They connect from the front inside plastic fender well to the radiator support.

If I remember correctly the angle side points to the fender well.
