Location of idle in ROM

If anyone knows.... I was trying to find the location of the idle speed for the IAC in the PROM (86 GN). I tend to burn my own PROMs for the car so wanted to to check and maybe adjust it.
I have an old .xls file from Chips, Scantools, and EPROMs but it isn't clear exactly what the value at 0x64f means.
