Can you say DUHHHHHH?
I suffered from not following the KISS rule.
ANYWAY I went for a drive today and guess what, the L/U DOES NOT engage in third it only engages in fourth.
My problem was that the car was shifting into 4th at such low speed that I thought (first mistake) that I was still in 3rd.
So my problem turns out to be another problem. How do I keep the L/U from engaging at low speeds? I guess its time to get the VSS and VSS converter set up.
Dam I feel dumb
