lockup valve springs?

Quick question.
The stock lockup valve has 2 springs, do they both go on the top of the valve, or small one on the top, big one below?

Both springs go into the bore , than the valve with the shorter tip that is rounded in against the springs, then then washer with the oblong hole in it, then the snap ring.
You know what? Ck this out I might be able to get the pic from work from here . one sec. Hope this quicky diagram I got off the work computer helps.
