I have not done it ,Yet, But if you use a input for driveshaft speed or a speedO speed sensor or a wheel speed sensor from S10 front hub upgrade you should be able to use a 12v output to lockup through the I/O setup with and ,or, to lock up at different situations.
I use an input speedO Today to see wheel speed, Im new at it and it's not as smooth as I would like, but read it can be with a little more TWEEKING the settings. Danny on the Holley forms really talks up the AUTOMETER device the goes in the speedo cable, Like I said its not that smooth yet 3 MPH bounce. I need to spend more time with it. Im working on the tune to perfect the ALKY side of the tune ( Im close) then ill turn my attention to the wheel speed
But what I know today and have spent, I should went for a driveshaft speed sensor, more $ but a lot more accurate and smother and used way more often so lot more info.
Even with out trans control the I/O is a very powerful and useful tool, and 100% TPS and a 85 MPH speed selected to lock would be easy.
and a and ,or 15% TPS 55mph would work too.
You just need to dig through the software. I seen it and set it aside
