Thinking of doing this to take full advantage of my new Powerlogger. Was thinking of using one of Caspers transducers and mounting it right before the nozzle.

Question is, would it hold up to methanol???

The transducer from Caspers is only good to 100PSI
The PAC needs a little bigger unit than that.
As far as compatibility, I'd like to know as well.

Oh yeah ...... forgot
The PL only goes to 100PSI, So, Bob would have to program another input in the pulldown menu.

You would need some sort of dampening device. The pump discharge pressure pulsates very rapidly. You wouldn't see a sustained pressure on the powerlogger. The reason is, the Alkycontrol pump is a positive displacement pump. It is possible, but there would be some sort of device that would dampen the pressure going to the transducer. I think it's called an isolator, not sure.

I bought a honeywell piece from Newark. The insides were SS and it was rated to 250 PSI. I'll see if I can dig up the part number.. cant do it right now.. i'm at work :D

Ohh.. the device to hold down vibrations is called a snubber ;)
