Logo / Graphics help PLEASE!!!

I'm the director for the local Buick club (Houston Buick Club) and am in the process of getting some shirts, hats, etc... made available for the members. Problem is I have the skills of a 5 year old when it comes to graphics and or pic design!!!

If anyone could/would lend me a hand with this it'd be VERY appreciated!!!
