Looking for a vacuum block with the extra port

I need a vacuum block that goes on top of the throttle body with the extra port for vacuum brakes. Let me know what you have

I've got one that has been tapped on the side/fitting installed that should work for you. I removed it because I installed a hydroboost kit and bought the block w/o the extra port. $15 shipped if you are interested.
