I know its a long shot but I am looking for pics or a pic of a gold (Light Chestnut Metalic) 86/87 T-Type or Turbo-T with tinted windows. I am almost finished putting together my Gold 86 T-Type, and I am thinking of tinting the windows but I would like to get an idea of how it will look first.............Thanks, Ed

I have thought about tinting my 86 Gold T but I think the clear glass look sure does keep the sleeper trend going. My car does have blackout trim and crome bumpers but I too don't have tinted windows. I do think that it will look great tinted. Keep us posted. Sorry no pics yet though.

I found a pic in my collection but I don't know how to post it on here. I will e-mail it to you though and if I figure it out will post here also.

Thanks, I figured now that I have swicthed over the the gnx stlye wheels the sleeper look is pretty much gone.
Thats why I was thinking of tinting the windows. I dont want them too dark just a little bit of tint should look nice.

Anyone have pics of a gold T with gnx wheels too?

Just chiming in, as the proud owner of an 87 light chestnut metallic Limited Turbo T. Any other gold ones out there with a cloth bench and column shifter?

Jeff

I used to own a gold T with the column shift with the bench. I can send pics to any interested parties. It ended up at LS1 performance as far as I know. Honestly............I don't miss it. Drew:)

My 86 Gold T also has cloth bench and column shift and boy is it a sleeper. I have some more goodies waiting to put on that will make it even more of a screamer... great to see other Goldy's out there making a mark. I knew of only one other Gold T down here in South Florida but that got totaled. His was an 87 though. No tint yet either.
