Looking for good 86-87 TR

My brother is looking to purchase a good 86 or 87 TR. GN or T car is ok. Ideally a mostly stock unmolested car, but is not looking to spend a ton of money. He would be interested in looking at any decent turbo car though, depending on price of course.
